Ruling 453

If a woman says she is ḥāʾiḍ or that her ḥayḍ has stopped, in the event that she is not believed to be someone whose word cannot be accepted in this case, her statement must be accepted. However, if she is believed to be someone whose word cannot be accepted in this case, then accepting her statement is problematic [i.e. based on obligatory precaution, her statement must not be accepted].
