Ruling 1150

If before qirāʾah or before bowing down to the extent required for rukūʿ one remembers that he has forgotten to say adhān and iqāmah, or only iqāmah, in the event that there is ample time, it is recommended that he break his prayer to say them. In fact, if he remembers before completing his prayer that he has forgotten them, it is recommended that he break his prayer to say them.
