Ruling 24

If qalīl water is poured onto an impure object or an impure object comes into contact with qalīl water, the qalīl water becomes impure. However, if qalīl water is poured over an impure object from above, then the amount that comes into contact with the object is impure, and the amount that does not come into contact with it is pure.
