Ritual 322

If a pilgrim forgets to perform tawaf, it is obligatory on him to perform it when he remembers. If by then its time has already passed, he should perform it by way of qadha; his hajj will then be considered valid. As a matter of precaution, he should as well repeat the sa’y.

If he remembers at a time when it is no longer possible to perform it qadha- for example he has forgotten the tawaf for Umrat-ut-Tamatu’ till the wuquf of Arafat or forgotten tawaf for hajj till the end of Thil Hijjah – he must perform it qadha and repeat sa’y, as a matter of precaution.

If he has already reached his home country, he is obliged to hire an agent to do it for him.
