“Watan”/Home land – Definition

I was born in London, and lived in London all my life until I got married and moved to a different city 8 years ago. I still visit London frequently (once a month) to see family. So can I still consider it as my “watan” and pray full namaz/fast even if I visit there for less than 10 days or should I pray Qasr namaz? Jazakallah

Your birth place is considered to be your “watan”. In this case of yours, you should pray full and fast even if you visit London for less than 10 days.
