Sexual desires and marriage help

Q:

Assalamualakum

Hope this question find you well.

I will start by apologising, im not a fully practising muslim but stick to the boundaries and principles of islam. I have very high sexual urges and i find it very difficult to control these urges, i cant keep fasts as my sugar levels drop and cause me poor health. I have been married twice, once when i was young in my teens, this didnt work out due to haram influences in the home (ex’s family were involved in drugs) and later was a abusive control freak. I have tried various muslim matrionial agency for the past few years but have not had any success. Now i understand sex is not the only reason to get married, but hopes were to start a new chapter. As i have tried all my options I am at a loss now, recently i have been browsing for escorts in the hope i will find some satisfaction. I know this is wrong but i really dont know what more i can do. I havent as yet engaged as i fear the repocutions, am i beyond help? Is there a real solution for me?

Would really appreciate some guidance

Thank you

Assalamu Alaykum

Thank you for your Question

It is good you realise what Marriage really is for. Apart from all the benefits it may hold for a person. Allah promises for a spouse to brig you  tranquility. (surah al-Rum:21)

meaning:And of His signs is that He created for you mates from your own selves that you may take comfort in them, and He ordained affection and mercy between you. There are indeed signs in that for a people who reflect.

I’d suggest you get in touch with your local Aalim (scholar) to help you find a good match.
good luck
