Ruling on saying IN SHA ALLAH for not doing bad deeds

Q:

BismillahiRahmanNirRahim,
Asslmkm wrt wbk,

Sheikh, the ruling of saying INSHA ALLAH
Can someone say INSHALLAH he will not commit zina or he will not drink alcohol,
My intention is , that all good is from ALLAH swt, and all bad is from ourself, knowing zina and drinking alcohol is wrong, all bad doing has nothing to do wth ALLAH swt .

Please advise.

Al-Salam Alaykum

In such cases normally it means, If Allah give me the Towfiq and strength and that He helps me I will not do sins. it is Allowed and recommended
