Ask an Alim

My husband doesn’t consider the tawaf un Nisa as a compulsory rukn of umrah.

Q:

I’m married to a Sunni fiqh
And I’m a Shia myself
We went for umrah
But due to huge crowd we managed to complete our umrah with the given slot and had to catch the last train

My husband doesn’t consider the tawaf un Nisa as a compulsory rukn of umrah.
And he isn’t not willing to take me back for the tawaf again
I’m really worried and confused
Pls let me know before it’s too late

Salam alaikum

Alhamdulilah you are concerned about following islam in your life.

If its impossible or very hard for you to go back and do tawaf un nisa  then find someone who can perform this tawaf  on your behalf.

Before this any sexual pleasure should be avoided otherwise it will bring kuffara.

Still please mention  your marjae taqlid so that further details can be given to you.
