I was divorced and then revoked 4 to 5 times, Are we still married?

Q:

i am a girl of 27 years. i was in realtionship with a man of 49 years. i had a nikkah with him 2 years ago in a mosque without knowing my parents. but after my nikkah we have all the relation of husband and wife with each other. but my husband used to give me say me i divorce u many times. even 3 divorces at a time but before the iddah period he revokes to me and build a realtion of husband and wife again. it has been done 4 to 5 time same case he repeat the divorce and then revoke in iddah period as a husband wife. i want to ask am i still his wife? or i am haram to him? is it permissble to me to go to his bed?

According to the Islamic laws, a marriage only takes place if a Nikah is recited. A court marriage is not counted as marriage in Islam.
Also, a virgin girl cannot marry without her father or paternal grandfather’s permission. Hence, if your Nikah did not meet the above mentioned conditions then it is invalid.

likewise, Divorce cannot be done by just signing papers. It has its own conditions:

1- You have to have two believing adults as your witness
2- The woman has to be clean of her menstrual period and also shouldn’t be pregnant
3- Proper Arabic words need to be uttered for the act to take place.
