After some month we I was living with husband again he use same words but rujooh after again. After all this we have our 2nd child and soon he were jobless then often we cruel there were many issues and misunderstandings 2 year passed,

Now I am pregnant again with my third child and he said he don\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\’t want this child if I born this child he will divorce me he gave me another divorce but meanwhile he gave me 3 doses of 2 abortion pills i start bleeding but medicine don\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\’t affect the child doctor told me if I take another dose it will cause death for me after ultrasound I found baby is safe and sound and I decided to quit the trials of abortion and husband accepted the fact also because baby heart beat was started now he was living and He rujooh again then he got job and gone out of country.

My question is after listening all my story according to Islam and shariat what is our marital situation.

Assalamu Alaykum

Thank you for your Question

The following is according to the shia sect, for further guidance, you will have to ask the respected scholar.

For a divorce to be correct, it has to have the following conditions:

1- You have to have two believing adults as your witness
2- The woman has to be clean of her menstrual period and also shouldn’t be pregnant
3- Proper Arabic words need to be uttered for the act to take place.

Also, it is impermissible to abort a child (it is Haram). Hence, you should be persistent Into saving your child’s life.

sister, I highly recommend you seek some counseling and see how you can solve your problems between yourself and your husband. Divorce is a very big step and one should have tried all solutions Before opting for it.

InshaAllah all goes well and the baby arrives well.
