Forgiveness for uttering polytheistic and abusive words in the name of Allah Ta’ala willfully

Q:

Assalamu Alaikum Before and after uttering polytheistic and abusive words in the name of Allah Ta’ala willfully,if a person seeks punishment from Allah for himself willfully for saying those words and says to Allah” If I seek mercy to escape from my expected punishment from you then don’t accept it.” Then what can he do to escape his desired punishment? If he keeps repeating the whole thing willfully over and over again even after saying tawbah, how can he escape the punishment he wants?

Waalykum salam

Thank you for your Question.

Polytheism means: the belief in or worship of more than one god.
And from your writing I believe and understand that you are a serious believer of Allah (az). You still believe in His power, authority and Punishment. Hence, let not some thoughts that sometimes cross your mind put this great and valuable belief look colourless. I feel you need to read some good books on belief. Especially Aqaidy books. This knowledge will increase your understanding and love for Allah and gradually these thoughts will fade away and you will be surprised to see your real self.

InshaAllah all Goes well with you.
