does woman have right for Hysterectomy in Islam

With reference to your response to a question Is Hystertectomy allowed in Islam, you mentioned a husbands consent is needed. Sadly in the low income population in my country the men will not give consent and the wife goes through the ordeal of pregnancy and childbirth ever so often, they cannot afford to have that many children, just not monetarily, but emotionally and physically. Pregnancy is forced upon them. And as per your answer these women will continue to suffer. Believe me they suffer, they are totally exhausted , living a life of a child bearing robot. Don’t these circumstances give the woman a right to take birth control in whatever form in their hands? Thank you.

5Question: Is it permissible for a woman to use contraceptives in order to prevent conception?

Answer: It is permissible for a woman to use contraceptives to prevent pregnancy, provided that it does not harm her health in a serious manner, irrespective of whether or not the husband has agreed to it.

6Question: Some women wish to avoid pregnancy, but their husbands want (them to get pregnant). Is it permissible to use pills or injections to prevent conception?

Answer: It is necessary for a woman to submit herself to her husband and be available for him. However, she can use pills to prevent conception even if her husband does not want her to do so.
