Insha allah I hope this correspondence finds you well

With regards to your question

Allah (swt) says in the Glorious Quran (Surah Baqarah (2): 216:

Warfare has been prescribed for you, though it is repulsive to you. Yet it may be that you dislike something, which is good for you, and it may be that you love something, which is bad for you, and Allah knows and you do not know.

From the apparent nature of the above verse, the answer to your question should become clear. That the mere disliking of a ruling does not constitute kufr. Not liking something is different from denying something.
But as an additional and ethical note it must be mentioned that this type of dislike may lead one to fall into the traps of Shaitan. For disliking a ruling may lead to sin, continuous sin leads to the decrease of faith and the result of a decrease of faith could, nauzubillah, lead to kufr.

We ask Allah (swt) to make us of those who firmly abide by the divine law and shariah, even if we do not like it or unable to understand it.
