Conversion of religion and after effects…..

Q:

Assalam.o.alaikhum…

I was a sunni girl by birth…at the age of 20,I met a shia family…I studied usool e arbaa..attended lectures after research of 2 years on Shiaism I got converted into shia…but I cant accept kufriya aqaids…I dont consider Imam Ali(a.s) greater than nabi or equal to Allah….some ghali Shia do so…I want to marry a shia man..My parents are not willing…I cant marry without the permission of my father according to Islamic rules…
But my family is against Shias…they asked me that if dont leave that shia family they will kill me…I love them all..and I want to marry that shia man..What should I do..What hadith aur quran guide us in this regard…Parents and Aqaids both are important…please help me What to do. How to convince them that all are not ghaali or alawei shia.

Salamun Alaykum

You need to provide them with the correct information (books, lectures
etc.) and explain that in all madhab there are extremists, whether Sunni
Shia or non-Muslim.

At the end, if you are unable to convince them, it may be best to consider
another marriage.

Kind regards
