conditions for Shia-Sunni nikah

Q:

Assalamualaikum, I have a question that if Shia girl marries a Sunni boy then is it mandatory that the Nikah should take place in the presence of 2 Qazis (Molanas) and both of them should be Shia? is this a mandatory condition? or a Nikah could take place with 1 Molana being Sunni and other Molana being a Shia. What are the conditions for such a marriage. Is it a must for Nikah to be valid that both of the Qazis be from Shia background? Looking forward to hearing from you. Regards Syed Sharjeel Askari

Wa alaykum salam
If the qazi in your question refers to the one who recites nikah,he can either be from the shia sect or sunni sect,as long as the nikah recited  be according to the rules of their respective mazhab.
If by qazi you meant a witness, according to the shia mazhab  witnesses are not required for nikah.
