Salamun Alaykum

Thank you for your query.

وَتَعَاوَنُوا عَلَى الْبِرِّ وَالتَّقْوَىٰ ۖ وَلَا تَعَاوَنُوا عَلَى الْإِثْمِ وَالْعُدْوَانِ

and help one another in goodness and piety, and do not help one another in sin and aggression(Surah Maida/2)

Yes, indeed you should give as much as possible in the good cause. But make sure you are handing over the place to the right people who would use it in propagating the right Islam, the one that promotes the teaching of the Holy Prophet (saww) and His holy progeny (as).

If you are giving the place as rent then you don’t have to research deeply about that party. In general, if the people are good and can handle the Madressa and propagate correct Islam then you can hand over the place. But keep one thing in mind that you should write a contract with them so later there are no problems created. The contract can have things such as for how many years you are giving it for, and other things.

May Allah(swt) grant you success
